Testosterone is the primary hormone that is present in all men that help towards their sex life for them to last longer in bed. Although women do have this hormone in their bodies, there is an abundant supply of it in men.

That being said, we reach our peak testosterone levels when we reach the age of 25 and then it will start to decline at a rate of 1-2% per year starting age 30.

1.Keep Exercising Regularly

Overweight people tend to have low testosterone levels than those who are more active. Becoming fit not only makes you healthier but it will also make you happier as well.

That is because whenever you exercise, you will release feel-good hormones such as dopamine and serotonin and it also elevates your mood in the process as well.

So, what exercises should you focus on? I highly suggest that you divide your workout plan in half. 3 days should be given to aerobic exercises per week and another 3 days should be given to resistance training. Give a day rest period and then continue doing the rest of the plan for the vast majority of the year.

2.Stop Bad Habits

A lot of men drink alcohol on a daily basis and although drinking alcohol is not entirely bad, it is bad if you consume a lot of it. Aim to drink a maximum of two bottles of beer per day, 2 glasses of wine, and 2 shots of hard liquor. If you can, allow 3 days’ rest period from alcohol to give your body enough time to relieve you of the toxins that are inherent in such drinks.

3.Enjoy a Good Night’s Sleep

If you have a good night’s rest, then you will feel invigorated and happier the next day. Mostly, men would need at least 7 hours of continuous sleep in order for your energy levels to regenerate.

I also advocate that you have a specific sleep schedule so that your circadian rhythm will be in its correct order.

4.Choose Chinese Medicine

Some Chinese herbal supplements are known to increase your testosterone levels and helps improve your libido as well. Consult with your doctor about this so that they can recommend some to you.

5.Always Have Your Regular Checkups

Regular trips to your doctor’s office will give you the confidence that you are indeed a healthy person. Your doctor only has your best interests in mind, so be sure to be truthful to them about your health condition.

6.Have a Work-Life Balance

I know that work comes first, especially if you want to save up a lot of money and if you want to climb up the corporate ladder. But, balancing work and play is a good way for you to maintain your sanity. So, play with your buddies or with your family from time to time.
